The man who has made a career of making science digestible to the general public gets his share of smack talk from the general public all the time.

Nye is a pretty ubiquitous guy, showing up all the time in social media and on televsion. When you put yourself out there that much you're bound to bring the haters out of the woodwork.

Over the weekend Nye put out a hilarious video reading mean tweets about himself. This is the segment-type made popular by Jimmy Kimmel on his late night show.

What makes this segment from Nye so delicious is his brilliantly funny takedowns of his haters.
