When 88 Chinese companies are put on potential delisting list, that doesn't mean they will be delisted. They are given 3 years, 3 chances to get it right with the PCAOB audit. With China assurance to follow the PCAOB and allowed disclosure and most of these companies are nothing more than pure commercial entity, there is no state secrets they can't divulge. Conforming with the PCAOB rules is almost a certain. Furthermore 3 years is still far from now. Just hold the stock, wait for the good new before June. $pdd $bili $xpev $nio $baba $futu.

NIO and XPEV are NOT getting delisted; audit requirements will be met. Even after over a year of a concerted effort to delegitimize Chinese companies to get cheaper shares by wall st, I still don't believe NIO nor XPEV will ever get delisted in the US; both will be entering the US market with their EV vehicles and can't afford to jeopardize a successful entry by not abiding US regulations in all respects, including staying listed on US exchanges. It's frustrating this has to be repeated with every hit job, but it would take 3 years of noncompliance for any foreign company to even get delisted. What you are seeing in $NIO and $XPEV is the very real and conspired efforts of a few institutions on Wall Street gaming Chinese stocks. And this is all on top of the very weekly cycle of rinse and repeat of pumping and dumping for the weekly options. As I have stated for months now, every Thursday and Friday have been dump days. The automated trading by machines owned all by institutions has broken and ruined the entire stock market for retail investors. However, the biggest effort to fear monger investors about Chinese stocks getting delisted is the nonstop hit job that includes using the SEC to manipulate prices. Something seriously needs to be done by regulators...the pattern of evidence is undeniable. Institutions will continue buying NIO and XPEV at these cheap prices not only for the mere fact there would another 3 years of noncompliance to even warrant a delisting, but also they know NIO and XPEV have already publicly & repeatedly stated they plan to be in compliance with all SEC regulations. Markets are at the bottom and inflation has peaked; rates have been baked in. As soon as improved inflation & employment numbers are quantified, markets will rise very quickly. These are all buying opportunities across the board with record pullbacks and institutions are scraping up all the shares they can. You should be doing the same. We are coming to the tail end of this bearish downtrend. Even the institutions need prices to start rising for the long run. Stay long yourself. Markets will rebound and you will miss the huge upside recovery. Keep buying. Keep holding.

Few things to take note. 1) Shanghai confirmed will end lockdown by end of May. In fact factories and many parts of residential neighborhood are already starting to open. 2) SEC is already on China this week. When their quarantine ends this week they will start discussing with China to resolve the delisting issues of Chinese companies.
So if you are having Chinese stocks. Hold for the next 2 weeks and wait for the good news. $xpev $jd $bili $pdd

Today before you start dumping your Chinese stocks due to fear. I want you to think, America's economy is ill. But not China's. China's economy is suppressed by lockdown. But lockdown in China industrial economical center Shanghai won't last beyond May. Ask yourself what happened to you comes June if these stocks rocket? Would you dump the stock you been keeping long for so long over little losses when its bull in China? These stocks are like rocket waited to be lit, with so many thing the Chinese government promise to do. $xpev $pdd $futu $bili $baba $beke

I don't want to be pessimistic but of the delisting talk didn't work out. Imagine 200+ companies out of 3000s, 1-2 trillion worth of shares all dumping at the same time, it might be the start of another depression in America. Last Thursday is a small taste of it. $xpev $pdd $bili $baba $jd $baidu

Covid related shutdown headlines are NOT accurate for $XPEV and $NIO. The production halt implemented was only for the weekends. Both companies continue to produce vehicles and the bark by the media is worse than the bite...it's overblown. At these price levels, both are undervalued by a large degree, as both should be higher than stocks like RIVN, a company who is only producing about a hundred EVs a month compared to NIO & XPEV's 20-25k collectively a month. Invest for the price in 6-12 months. The drama that keeps playing out right now is temporary. Even institutions need stocks to head back up, so this cycle will end. Keep buying. Keep holding.

If you've been sitting on the sidelines, you have a huge opportunity to buy. Machine trading is absolutely destroying the market. For the past 8 months, it has gotten worse with triggers set to dump shares across the board, no matter the sector. NFLX drops and the entire market gets sold off at the bell. This isn't retail investors, this is all triggered by algo/bots reacting. Stocks like $XPEV and $NIO have nothing to do with NFLX, and they were both up in premarket, but the institutions took advantage to get prices down. There's absolutely no news to cause XPEV and NIO to drop 7% right now...only price manipulation. Longs have no choice to continue riding through this storm and others take advantage of the cheap prices. Stay long. Keep buying. Keep holding.

Great YahooFinance interview with Cathie Wood - She talks about the fact that she sees $TSLA in the lead for autonomous and vertical integration, but that she sees either (or both) $NIO and $XPEV as the future leaders in China (the world's largest car market) as the Chinese Government won't want Tesla to take the lead there. She is very impressed by the design of NIO's cars and correctly calls out that they are aimed at the higher end of the market (so not competing directly with Tesla or X-Peng). NIO and XPENG having strong and concentrated foundations in China (as their future cash cow) will allow for additional global expansion...

The news for lithium mining companies keeps getting better and better, folks.

BYD, China's largest EV maker and second largest globally (behind Tesla) just announced overnight that they have completely stopped all production of full ICE vehicles as of last month and will now focus all production on EVs and highly electrified PHEVs. Historically, BYD has produced EVs, PHEVs, HEVs (conventional hybrids), and full ICEs. As if the global demand for lithium wasn't already through the roof, it just got a little more intense.

And by the way, just as Tesla this morning announced record quarterly EV sales in the first quarter, BYD overnight announced record monthly EV sales for March as well as record monthly PHEV sales.

We are on our way to $100,000 USD / tonne for spot lithium carbonate, folks. It's just a matter of time. Last quote in Shanghai was about $78,000 / tonne.

Now I can tell you one thing: as an investor, I can sleep much better at night owning a premier lithium mining producer (or two) knowing full well that just about every single automaker in the world will be knocking on my company's door begging for whatever amount of lithium they can possibly spare -- and at whatever price.
