The company also has an agreement to acquire 90% in the Northern Territory Lithium project that comprises six granted tenements located in the Litchfield Pegmatite Belt in Northern Territory. The company was formerly known as SIV Asset Management Limited and changed its name to Ragusa Minerals Limited in October 2020.
