NexGen Mining, Inc. was formerly known as Brilliant Sands Incorporated and changed its name to NexGen Mining, Inc. in January 2018. The company was incorporated in 1888 and is based in Reno, Nevada. NexGen Mining, Inc. is a former subsidiary of 1824455 Alberta Ltd.
