Sino ICT Holdings Limited was formerly known as Unisplendour Technology (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Sino ICT Holdings Limited in December 2019. The company was founded in 1984 and is based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Sino ICT Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Sino Xin Ding Limited.
