In addition, the company offers corporate finance services, including underwriting and advisory services to companies listed or seeking listing in Hong Kong or other stock exchanges and other unlisted corporates on equity and debt financing. Further, it engages in administrative support services; research services; and consultancy services. The company was formerly known as Hantec Investment Holdings Limited and changed its name to Cinda International Holdings Limited in November 2008.
