The company engages in the investment, development, and construction of properties; shipping and logistics services; construction and wholesale of various goods; manufacturing and advertising of electric motors, generators, and transformers; research and development, manufacturing, and sales of general, drug, and vaccines; distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical instruments; and manufacturing, assembly, consultation, trading, distributing, and servicing of automobiles. It is also involved in the investment trading, contract production, and distribution of medical devices; investment trading and marketing of medic solutions and services; retail of pharmaceutical and medical goods NEC; manufacturing, trading, and distribution of gloves; and research and development of biotechnology, life, and medical science, as well as manages, monitors, and supervises health and medical programs for foreign workers. In addition, the company provides advertising, computer consultancy, research and development, and auxiliary finance services; and medical laboratory testing and analysis services. Further, it imports and distributes security and video surveillance equipment; and deals in medical equipment and related products or services. The company was formerly known as Nextnation Communication Berhad and changed its name to Nexgram Holdings Berhad in February 2014. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
