    (Go away, Jenkins: there's too much spam about PVHO). Back to XEL: I am long XEL, and even have a DRiP account, but I worry about a catastrophic nuclear accident. That is why I sold SO, but I cannot quite bring myself to sell XE (there are so few good alternatives). My question, does anyone else here worry about their vulnerability to another nuclear accident, like Fukushima? I mean, as investors in utilities.

    Since July I have been receiving an estimated bill. Customer service says the meter is inoperative and they will notify repair. August I called in again and sent E-mail about problem. September another E-mail. Does anyone at XCEL care about the customer
