Beschreibung

TMM Real Estate Development Plc, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction and development of residential and business properties primarily in Kyiv and Kharkiv regions in Ukraine. It operates through Investment Property, Property Development and Construction, and Utility Services segments. The company and builds, sells, and leases residential and commercial properties. It also engages in the cleaning of areas in elevator halls, lobbies, and courtyards; maintenance of engineering systems of buildings; routine repairs of structural elements and engineering systems of buildings; preparation of residential buildings for the winter period; elevators maintenance; landscaping, maintenance of children's playgrounds and sports grounds; garbage collection and snow removal; service requests management; provision of concierge and security services; surveillance and access control systems maintenance; and technical maintenance of parking lots. In addition, the company is involved in the design, assembling, certi?cation, commissioning, and servicing of communication, television, and buildings automatics systems, as well as ?re control and security systems; IT and computer systems set-up and support of IT and computer systems designs and installs low voltage circuits, computer, telephone and television networks; pre-project research, conceptual designing, design layout preparation, elaboration of technical and economic requirements, working documentation and budget documents, taking decisions on engineering systems and equipment, and management of construction works; metal processing; production of concrete, and windows and glass constructions; assembly of ventilating and conditioning systems; and fleet of construction vehicles. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. TMM Real Estate Development Plc is a subsidiary of TMM Holdings Ltd.
