Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited, an investment holding company, operates as a shipping service company in Thailand and internationally. It operates through five segments: Shipping, Offshore Service, Agrochemical, Food and Beverage, and Investment. The company offers dry bulk shipping services that carries a range of mineral ore, coal, agriculture products, construction materials, and steel products; and operates fleet of owned 24 vessels. It also provides offshore services to the oil and gas industry; and produces and markets NPK compounds, bulk blending products, and fertilizers under the Stork brand for customers' needs for coffee, rice, rubber, vegetables, and various other crops. In addition, the company owns and operates Phu My port in South Vietnam; and provides ship management, international maritime transportation, management consultancy, exploration drilling services, and support to the petrochemical industry. Further, it offers subsea inspection services; diving; ROV services; subsea and hydrographic survey; robotics and artificial intelligence development services; ship charter; ship rental; logistics management; maritime transportation services; port services; bonded warehouse and related services; wastewater treatment services; water resource management; pipeline installation and repairment services; and operates and franchises Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants. Additionally, the company trades in fertilizers, coal, and biomass fuels; provides digital marketing, real estate, floating storage, and offloading; engages in the import and export of electric vehicles and spare parts; supply cargo lashing materials; ship owning and operation; lifestyle and entertainment; and demolition and installation of industrial machinery and equipment businesses. The company was founded in 1904 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
