Cohen & Steers Closed-End Opportunity Fund, Inc. (FOF)

This is making me absolutely nuts. The time to buy FOF is when CEF discounts are wide and hopefully it is at an above discount as well.
Few months back this was true. Now with asset class discounts narrow and CEF with a discount large enough to cover the massive expense ratio, I sold it. This market really is not stable. Even though it keeps going up.
