The company operates through two segments, Institutional Client Services and Private Client Services. In addition, the company provides company secretarial and administration services to small and medium sized entities, public companies, multinationals, sovereign wealth funds, fund managers, HNW and UHNW, individuals, and families. Further, the company offers cash management, foreign exchange, and lending services, as well as the formation and administration of trusts, companies, cash and investments, partnerships, and other vehicles and structures. It operates in UK and Channel Islands, the United States, Rest of Europe, and Internationally. JTC PLC was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Saint Helier, the United Kingdom.
