ROK Global appoints Paolo Fidanza as CEO
Kendrick remains as Chairman while former head of ROK Americas becomes CEO of ROK Global

ROK Global PLC, the mobile and web technology, applications and services company, has announced the appointment of Paolo Fidanza, formerly head of US subsidiary ROK Americas, as CEO, with immediate effect.
Jonathan Kendrick remains as Chairman of ROK Global PLC.
Commenting, Kendrick said 'The growth of ROK Global, particularly in the United States, has resulted in the need to separate the Chairman and CEO roles and now is the time for a dedicated CEO to be appointed.
